Messebau Köln und Düsseldorf (German for exhibition stand construction Cologne and Dusseldorf) is operated by Standbuilder International, Inc.; all services are delivered or coordinated by CBS Neospace GmbH of Ratingen, certified to ISO 9001:2015. Every service below can be booked individually, even if your booth structure comes from another supplier: for example, new graphics for your existing system, or storage between two German shows.
Graphics production and installation
Your artwork is checked, adapted to your exhibition booth dimensions and produced in Germany: large-format prints, tension fabric, backlit panels, vinyl lettering. Installation happens during build-up, replacements during the show are possible. Files are handled to German print standards with color management, so your brand red stays your brand red. A practical tip for budgets: a few large, well-lit motifs beat many small ones, in impact and in cost.
Trade fair logistics
Trucking between workshop, warehouse and the fairgrounds in Cologne and Dusseldorf, timed gate check-ins per venue rules, empty-crate handling during the show and exhibit logistics for heavy or sensitive items. Headquarters in Ratingen puts the project team minutes from the Dusseldorf halls, while the warehouse in Düren supplies both venues from own stock. For exhibits shipped from the US, the team coordinates delivery windows so your freight arrives when the booth is ready for it.
Storage between shows
If you exhibit in Germany or Europe more than once, storing your booth elements, graphics and furniture in Düren saves twice: no re-printing and no transatlantic or cross-country shipping. Storage includes maintenance and repairs between deployments and a documented inventory, so the next build-up starts from a known state. Combined with a rental stand, storage typically covers just your custom graphics and special elements at modest cost.
Booth staff and catering through partners
Booth staff and hosts, interpreters, in-show cleaning and catering are provided by vetted partner companies and coordinated by CBS Neospace within your project, so you keep a single point of contact. Budget orientation: external booth staff typically costs about 150 to 300 EUR per person per show day. For international exhibitors, bilingual staff (German and English, other languages on request) is the standard recommendation.
Venue paperwork, permits and orders
The service international exhibitors value most: registrations and orders with Koelnmesse and Messe Dusseldorf (power, water, internet, rigging points, passes, waste), statics and approval procedures for special constructions, all completed on time and summarized for you in English. Missed venue deadlines are one of the most common and avoidable cost drivers at German fairs; this service exists to make them a non-issue.
