Four factors move you within these ranges: the furnishing level (counters, furniture, kitchen, AV), the share of printed graphics, construction height and rigging, and timing. Early bookings get better availability and pricing; the weeks before flagship fairs are tight for material and crews.
What is included

- Lighting and power distribution on the stand (the venue power connection is ordered from the fair for you)
- Furniture package scaled to booth size: counter, tables, chairs, literature racks, lockable storage room
- Build-up and dismantling by the CBS Neospace crew, including final cleaning before handover
- Show-time support: one phone number, resupply from our own warehouse stock in Düren
Optional: kitchen unit and catering prep, AV and LED walls, double-deck construction on large plots, booth staff through vetted partners, and storage of your graphics for the next show.
Timeline: six to ten weeks
- Week 1: inquiry with fair, booth size and budget range via the contact form; response by the next business day, proposal within five business days.
- Weeks 2 to 3: concept, 3D design, fit-out list, graphics plan, contract with CBS Neospace GmbH.
- Weeks 4 to 6: artwork delivery, print approvals, venue orders (power, water, rigging), engineering.
- Build-up week: construction per hall schedule, turnkey handover before opening, documented acceptance.
- After the show: dismantling and, if you wish, storage of graphics and custom elements for your next fair.
