  • EU representative (Art. 27 GDPR): Humanide GmbH, Mauritiussteinweg 11, 50676 Cologne, Germany; contact: Dittmar Müller, phone +49 170 6174821, email privacy@standbuilder.com. You may address any data protection matter concerning this website to the representative as well as to the controller.
  • Server logs: this website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, with servers located in Germany, acting as our processor under an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement. The web server processes technical access data (IP address, time, requested file, user agent) to deliver the site securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR); IP addresses are anonymized at collection, and access and error logs are retained for a maximum of 8 weeks.
  • Contact form and email: your details (name, company, business email, trade fair, message) are forwarded to CBS Neospace GmbH, Ratingen, Germany, which processes your inquiry as an independent controller and, where applicable, concludes the contract with you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The CRM system is provided by HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc., Cambridge, MA, USA) as a processor under an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement; the data is stored in HubSpot’s EU data center in Germany. As HubSpot is a US company, access from the United States cannot be entirely excluded (for example by HubSpot support, development or security teams); HubSpot, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. In addition, Standbuilder International, Inc. (Atlanta, USA) stores your inquiry in its own CRM system in the United States to take inquiries and to support exhibitors at international trade fairs beyond Cologne and Dusseldorf (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). This constitutes a transfer of personal data to the US (Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR); an arrangement under Art. 26 GDPR is in place between the two companies. You may object to this storage at any time with future effect (privacy@standbuilder.com) without affecting the handling of your inquiry by CBS Neospace GmbH.
  • WhatsApp contact: the WhatsApp button (bottom right) is a plain link; merely visiting this website transmits no data to WhatsApp, and no Meta scripts are loaded. Only when you click the link and use the chat does WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin; parent company Meta Platforms, Inc., USA) process your data, such as phone number, profile name and chat contents, under its own privacy policy, which may involve a transfer to the US. Recipient of your messages is Standbuilder International, Inc.; inquiry contents are passed to CBS Neospace GmbH for handling (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Prefer not to use WhatsApp? The contact form and email work just as well.
  • Appointment booking (Calendly): the “Book a meeting” button is a plain link; merely visiting this website transmits no data to Calendly, and no Calendly scripts are loaded. Only when you click the link are you taken to Calendly (Calendly, Inc., Buford, GA, USA). If you book a time, Calendly processes the details you enter (name, email, requested slot) as our processor under a data processing agreement; we remain the controller. Calendly is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. Calendly’s own notice: https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice. Prefer not to use Calendly? Just arrange a time by email or phone.
