ORGATEC 2026 runs October 27 to 30, 2026 at Koelnmesse, the international meeting point for modern working environments: office and contract furniture, acoustics, lighting, flooring and the concepts behind them. Messebau Köln und Düsseldorf (German for exhibition stand construction Cologne and Dusseldorf) is operated by Standbuilder International, Inc.; your ORGATEC exhibition booth is planned and built by CBS Neospace GmbH of Ratingen, ISO 9001:2015 certified.

What makes an ORGATEC booth different

  • The booth is the product. Companies that design work environments are judged by their own presence. Materials, light and spatial feel have to be right, from flooring to acoustic ceiling.
  • Show furniture in use. Walkable scenarios (workstation, meeting, lounge) sell better than showroom rows; visitor flow and zones are planned accordingly.
  • Craftsmanship counts. Real materials, clean edges, high-grade surfaces: in-house fabrication pays straight into credibility here.

Your timeline to October 27, 2026

As of July 2026, both routes are open: a rental stand with custom graphics is comfortably plannable, and a compact custom build is still feasible with a prompt order:

  1. Now: inquiry via the contact form with hall, booth size and budget range; response by the next business day.
  2. By mid-August: concept, 3D view and quote within five business days; contract with CBS Neospace GmbH.
  3. August to September: engineering, material and print approvals, venue orders and permits with Koelnmesse.
  4. September to October: fabrication or rental system preparation, graphics production, logistics.
  5. Late October: build-up in the venue’s time window, turnkey handover before October 27, dismantling after close on October 30.

What an ORGATEC booth costs

Cologne ranges apply: customized rental stands about 400 to 800 EUR per m² of construction, custom builds from about 800 EUR per m², plus Koelnmesse space rental; a complete 20 m² rental package typically runs 9,000 to 18,000 EUR, more with a high share of premium materials.
